For all repairs and warranty service please send your watch to the official Luminox Service Center.

Please follow these simple steps:
1) Package your watch in disposable packaging (not the Luminox box or pouch). When you shake your closed parcel nothing should feel loose inside.
2) Include the service form (and the warranty card if claiming a warranty service).
3) Use your tracking number to confirm that we received it.
NOTE: Not all older Luminox watches are repairable. If your watch is older than 20 years old, contact us by email before sending it in. You may qualify for our exchange program (Purchase a new Luminox watch and receive a 25% discount in exchange for your old, non repairable watch. You must send the old watch to us. Limited editions and on-sale watches are excluded)
LUMINOX SERVICE PACKAGES
Level 1: Partial overhaul
No intervention and no warranty on movement.
Quartz: Replace the battery, clean the case and the bracelet, inspect and/or replace the spring bars, replace the caseback gasket, the crystal gasket and the crown/tube gasket, perform a water resistance test (vacuum, pressure), two days functionality testing, final inspection.
3 hands watch: $70
Chronograph: $110

Automatic: timing regulation, clean case and bracelet, inspect and/or replace the spring bars, replace the caseback gasket, the crystal gasket and the crown/tube gasket, perform a water resistance test (vacuum, pressure), one week functionality testing, final inspection.
3 hands watch: $130
Chronograph: $385
Level 2: Major overhaul
One year warranty on new parts and labor.
Quartz: same as partial + complete new movement. Other parts require an estimate. One week testing, final inspection.
3 hands watch: $175
Chronograph: $300
